I can't say enough positive things about this company. 5 stars is not even close.
It began with Jaime in the service department. Awesome guy. Kindness goes along way with me. We bought a house that had a dinosaur aged conditioner and we knew it was a matter of time b4 it went out. Jaime explained the process of how things would work going forward. No delays, no waiting for parts and the owner of this company called me to verify the date and everything went as planned. This was no easy task. Our 1974 home was going to be a challenge , but they didn't see it that way. This great "team" worked tirelessly in the heat to make sure we had working air that day. I can't say enough of how much I appreciate them.

Air X-Treme provided excellent, professional service, during a very stressful time. When our furnace started malfunctioning, Air X-Treme discovered a very dangerous situation, caused by water leaking on the unit, and immediately shut the unit off. We were in a scary predicament, because of course the heater failed during the worst winter storm, with negative temperatures putting our tenants in danger. TJ, the owner, was phenomenal, giving us exceptional value on a replacement unit, and having his expert crew install it the next day. Linda at the office was also very professional and kind. Quality professionals and good humans--a very rare find these days! I recommend them highly!

An excellent crew including Nielsen, Paco, and John, arrived exactly on time to replace our old furnace and install new air conditioning, which the house has never had. The age of the system presented many problems and I was very impressed at how well the crew managed them. They did not leave until the system was fully functional. It took almost 12 hours to complete the job, including a very efficient clean up of all debris. I am very pleased with their work, found the cost to be reasonable, and recommend them highly.
